This existing store in desperate need of refurbishment allowed Sigma to utilise its organisational resources to provide an amazing transformation.
The scheme was complex involving penetrations across three floors to be formed, a new shopfront to be installed and raising one of the busiest high streets in Cardiff to allow disabled access. The fit out of an extremely tired looking unit over a five-week period, proved a challenge with an extensive strip back to the existing walls a new shop was formed, inclusive of electrical, data and mechanical services and finished with in house manufactured bespoke joinery items and high quality decorated finish.
