With a two-week lead time Sigma were asked to complete a discovery store fit out of a listed building located in the heart of Lincoln city centre in the busy period leading up to Christmas.

Utilising our in-house manufacturing facility, we were able to construct the walls and partitions before starting on site. This type of modular build allowed us to emphasise mechanical & electrical installations and ensuring the highest level of quality finish.

Parameters surrounding the status of the listed building made the scheme more complex however we ensure there was no compromise in the aesthetic of the finished product.
